User Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Shadowmire Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our games, applications, and related online services, including Dungeons of Shadowmire (“Game Services”).

By creating an account or using our Game Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Game Services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Game Services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Game Services.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Shadowmire Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Game Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any aspect of the Game Services.

4. Code of Conduct

When using our Game Services, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended features
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threatening behavior
• Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or accounts
• Impersonating other users, staff, or Shadowmire Studio employees
• Distributing malware or engaging in any form of denial-of-service attacks
• Sharing or distributing copyrighted content without authorization
• Account sharing, selling, or transferring without our consent

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or legal action at our sole discretion.

5. Virtual Items and Currency

Our Game Services may include virtual items, currencies, characters, and other digital goods (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own Virtual Items, and they have no real-world monetary value.

We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at our sole discretion. We are not liable for the deletion, modification, or loss of any Virtual Items.

6. Purchases and Payments

If you make purchases through our Game Services, you agree to pay all applicable charges. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We may change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our refund policy.

7. Updates and Modifications

Shadowmire Studio may update, modify, or patch the Game Services at any time, including adding or removing content, features, or functionality. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily limits or interrupts access to the Game Services. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of significant changes when practical.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Game Services and deleting your account.

Upon termination, your license to use the Game Services and all associated Virtual Items will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Game Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadowmire Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game Services, including loss of data, Virtual Items, or game progress.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Game Services or via email. Your continued use of the Game Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
